Returns Policy

Under the distance selling regulations, you may return your Bar Stools order within 7 days of delivery. The item must be returned in its original condition and in its original packaging. Please note - we will not accept the return of any item that has been assembled or used. Once the item has been received back at our warehouse, the refund will be processed. The total refund value will be less the postage and packing costs, of the initial delivery and the collection of the goods, which is dependant on the weight of the product, but approximately £15 per stool ordered.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you wish to return an item, please contact us via the 'Contact Us' form so as the collection arrangements can be made. We will notify you by email of the arrangements and your refund once it has been processed.

Shipping

Costantino Bar Stools can only ship within the UK and we will only deliver to your billing address. Delivery will be made to you within 5 working days from us receiving cleared funds for your order. Delivery is an all day appointment - we cannot specify a time for delivery. When your order is due to be despatched, you will receive notification by email to confirm the date for delivery. You will also be provided with the tracking number for your delivery.
