Here you will find our help page with any questions you may have or frequently asked questions (FAQ’s). Barstools.co.uk endeavour to make our service as simple and efficient as possible but if you can’t find an answer to your query on this page then feel free to contact us.

 

Q. A Bar Stool is out of stock, when will it be due in?

A. If a bar stool is out of stock, it will be stated within the item description. There will also be an indication of when the item is due to be arriving back in stock within the item description. If you have any further queries regarding this, please contact us using the 'Contact Us' form.

Q. Can I reserve a Bar Stool which is out of stock?

A. Even if the item is out of stock, you can still order it. However, by ordering it, you will be required to pay in full. As soon as the item is back in stock, your order will be dealt with urgently and will be despatched on an urgent delivery service.

Q. I do not have a credit card, how else can I pay?

A. You can pay by credit / debit card, pay pal, cheque or cash.

Q. Can I come into your warehouse to view and buy products?

A. This is possible - but strictly by appointment only, due to certain health and safety issues.

Q. Can you ship elsewhere other than listed on your delivery regions list?

A. We only deliver within the UK as standard, however please contact us with the items you require and we will do our best to obtain you the most competitive quote currently available on the market.

Q. I have received my order but some items have either been incorrectly sent, missing or are damaged. What shall I do?

A. Please contact us stating your name, order number and explaining the situation. Do not immediately send any items back to us; we must be notified of the situation so we can discuss with you the best course of action. We shall then reply explaining what you need to do and how we shall rectify the problem. If any problems occur we do endeavour to rectify them ASAP.

Q. Do you send any confirmation emails?

A. You will receive two emails, one immediately after you place your order and one when the goods are dispatched. You must give a valid email to receive these notifications.

Q. I have still not received my order after a considerable time waiting. Where is it?

A. Please contact us stating your name and order number. We will then investigate why your order has not reached you. In most cases we are able to rectify the situation and ensure your order reaches you within 48 hours.

Q. I wish to place an order for a large quantity of items, can I get a discount?

A. Please contact us using the 'Contact Us' with a full description of what you wish to order (this applies to those ordering 10 plus items) and we will come back to you with our best price.

Q. I have sent you an email, but have not had a response

A. We respond to emails during open office hours (Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm) This also applies to telephone calls. We endeavour to answer all emails within 48 working hours. Before emailing us, please take a moment to re-read the item description and our FAQs section as many questions can be answered this way.

Q. What happens if no-one is home to accept delivery?

A. The delivery will require a signature. The courier may deliver to a neighbour. If this option is not available, an attempted delivery card will be left for you with details as to how to re-arrange delivery.

Q. How do I cancel or change my order?

A. You can cancel your order at any time prior to the order being despatched. Once the order has been despatched, you can still cancel the order but will be charged for any shipping costs we have incurred. To change your order, please contact us using the 'Contact Us' form. If it is a case of you wish to order more, please just place a new order for the new items you wish to order - your original order will still stand.

Q. When will payment be taken from my account?

A. This depends on your account. We apply to take payment as soon as the order is placed. Your order will not be despatched until we have received cleared payment.

Q. Can you tell me the dimensions of a product?

A. The dimensions can be found on the product page.

Q. Can I order by telephone?

A. Yes, just call our customer care team on 0845 519 1628.

Q. Are your prices inclusive of VAT?

A. All of our prices are inclusive of VAT, and all prices are GBP.
