Shipping & Handling
Express next working day orders incur a charge of £4.75 (VAT included) for delivery in the UK mainland.
Overseas carriage is charged at cost and will be advised via email. Orders shipped outside the European Union are exclusive of sales tax/VAT and it is the responsibility of the customer to deal with any customs and taxation requirements.
Delivery Schedule
In the UK Express next working day delivery orders will generally be delivered the next day. In exceptional circumstances delivery times will be advised by email. Orders received prior to 11am will be despatched the same day, provided it is a working day and that the item is in stock. Delivery times for international orders will be advised by email.
We deliver our bar stools with the well-known courier FedEx. Bar stools ordered using our standard delivery service will be recived within 4 working days. We also provide an express delivery service for customers wanting their bar stools for the next working day. PLEASE NOTE, Express delivery orders placed before 11am will leave our warehouse the same day for delivery to your door the following working day. Orders placed after 11am will leave our warehouse the following working day for delivery to your door the working day after - Simply select express delivery at the checkout stage.
Once your order has been received and processed, you will be notified by email to confirm the delivery of your bar stool(s). You will also be provided with the tracking number with which you can visit the FedEx website www.fedex.com/ukservices and track your order.
Delivery is an all day appointment, we regret that we are unable to advise a time for delivery.
At this time, we can only deliver our bar stools to a UK Mainland address. This does not include Northern Ireland or any off-shore islands.
Back Orders
All our bar stools are always in stock and we do not operate back orders.
Returns Policy
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase we offer a refund guarantee, provided the you contract within seven working days.
If you wish to return a bar stool to Costantino bar stools for a refund please contact us by phone or email in the first instance.
Provided the goods are in perfect condition, and in the original packaging, a full refund will be given on the product.
Remember that the parcel and the contents are your responsibility until they reach us. Our recommendation is that you send your parcel by registered post and that you retain proof of postage. The cost of returning goods is at your expense. This does not affect your statutory rights.
*A Working Day is classed as Monday – Friday, therefore not including Weekends or Bank Holidays.
**Orders placed by 11am. Example 1, order placed at 10am Monday. Goods will be despatched on Monday for delivery Tuesday. Example 2, order placed at 10am Friday. Goods will be despatched Friday for delivery Monday. Example 3, order placed at 10am Saturday. Goods will be despatched Monday for delivery Tuesday.
